REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All of our products and services are either available online or downloadable to your computer.
For a first time purchase, customers can receive a refund of paid amounts within the first 30 days of the invoice date.
After that date, no refunds will be made.
Also in the case of pre-paid purchase for future years of the Annual Hosting and Support Plan (AHSP), the Annual Support Plan (ASP) , or any StudentAccess training and products, no refunds will be made.
We do allow the transfer of any balance to another customer or institution.
Cancellation of an existing support contract will take effect at the next annual renewal.
Pro-rated support contracts for partial years are available to purchase prior to the beginning of a term.
However, cancelled support terms are not available for a pro-rated refund.
