All of our customers receive access to technical support via phone or email, as well as live remote desktop, as part of your Annual Support Plan (ASP) or your Annual Support and Hosting Plan (ASHP) for Online customers. You will also be able to join the community of other users with our listservs, and train at your convenience with our online video library.  

All StudentAccess software updates are included, as well as the most current Annual Performance Report Generator.  Online customers receive their updates automatically, in addition to site hosting and backups.
