All StudentAccess Online updates are included as part of your Annual Hosting and Support Plan. This means whenever updates are added, you get them automatically. Just login and you're ready to go!
StudentAccess Desktop & Videos:
Existing customers can download the latest version of StudentAccess at any time by entering their keycode. The keycode is specific to a particular department or grant.

Remote Desktop Support
allows you to share your desktop with the technician currently assisting you. The access is temporary and used only for the current support session. Our access is removed immediately following completion.

All of our customers receive access to technical support via phone or email, as well as live remote desktop, as part of your Annual Support Plan (ASP) or your Annual Support and Hosting Plan (ASHP) for Online customers.

New User Orientation videos are available as part of your Annual Support Plan. These short videos discuss features to give you a head start on using the software.
Self Paced videos delve into the features of each grant's software more deeply, so you can take better advantage of the software.
Self paced videos are automatically available to Online customers. Desktop customers may purchase access to the self-paced videos. Ask our tech support for more information.

How to Unsubscribe:
You may leave a list at any time by placing "SIGNOFF" and the name of the list you wish to leave (SA-SSS, SA-UB, or STUDENTACCESS-LISTSERV) in the body of an email and send to email@example.com.
How to Send Listserv message:
To send a message to everyone currently subscribed to the list, send an email to the appropriate address for the list you wish to reach. Please note: you must be a member of any list you wish to post to.
We recommend placing the topic of the email in the subject line to make it easier for you and others to identify which messages are of particular interest.
